This policy explains what personal information Azzey UK collects when you visit azzey.uk or buy from our shop, why we collect it, who we share it with and your rights.
Who we are
Azzey UK is the controller of your personal information.

What we collect
- When you order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number (if given), what you bought and how much you paid.
- When you pay: card payments are handled by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- If you create an account: your username, password (encrypted) and order history.
- When you contact us: your email address and whatever you tell us.
- When you browse: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order: taking payment, having your items printed and delivered, and dealing with returns or problems. This is necessary for our contract with you.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. This is a legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure. This is in our legitimate interests.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Inkthreadable Ltd (UK), our print and fulfilment partner, receives your name, delivery address and order details so it can print and post your order.
- Royal Mail, DX, DPD, USPS and other carriers receive your name and delivery address to deliver your parcel.
- WooPayments / Stripe processes your payment and screens it for fraud.
- Our web host stores the website and its data.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. When they do, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed to run the shop: to remember your basket, keep you logged in, and help Stripe prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet tax rules. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your query.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Email info@azzey.co.uk and we will reply within one month. Some information, such as order records, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
