Every Azzey UK item is printed to order for you. If you change your mind, or something isn’t right, here’s what you can do. None of this affects your legal rights.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after it’s delivered.
- Email info@azzey.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return, within those 14 days.
- Send the items back to the address we give you within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than you’d need to check it, for example worn or washed.
Return postage is paid by you.
We’ll refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you showing proof of postage if that comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you chose a faster delivery option, we’ll refund the cost of standard delivery only.
We don’t do direct exchanges. To swap a size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted? We’ll put it right
If your item arrives with a print fault, a manufacturing defect, damage from delivery, or isn’t what you ordered:
- Email info@azzey.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of it.
- We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. Your choice.
- You won’t need to send the faulty item back unless we ask you to. If we do, we’ll cover the cost.
Faults that appear later are still covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just get in touch.
Parcel not arrived?
Every order is sent with a tracked service. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery times on our Shipping page, email us and we’ll look into it.
